I led the product design for LoadLift, a logistics mobile application built to simplify load and delivery management. The work covered the full UX process, from mapping user flows and structuring the information architecture to designing every screen of the mobile experience.
I collaborated closely with the tech team throughout the process, aligning design decisions with development constraints to help deliver the MVP in less than 3 months.
For the UI, I customized Google's Material 3 Design System to fit the product's identity, which gave the app a consistent, polished look while keeping the implementation practical and scalable for the engineering team.
